In today’s world, there are far few journalists than there were even ten years ago. For the last few years, I have watched the PBS Newshour to get my international news. Fortunately many of these stories are not particularly time sensitive, so I can store them and watch them at my convenience.
Just today I was watching an older program about the red/blue state divide in Wisconsin that aired in mid July. I was quite surprised to notice a Tesla Model S in the program illustrating the red suburbs. Yes, the Model S is an expensive car but I don’t have any associations of the Model S with politics. I chose both the Roadster and Model S for environmental reasons and for their long range. I actually have no political party affiliation.
